Pros

• 1 day a week remote work was an option • Book your own travel • Looks great on a resume

Cons

• Company is very cult like • Heavy travel with long travel stints - 25 days of travel at a time • Company is very disorganized • If you are an "outsider" and didn't come up through the company from the stores, your work will be heavily scrutinized • Owners have no real world experience and it shows • Company culture promotes anti toxicity but in turn, its a really toxic place • They manage by pushing coaching moments instead of laying out proper protocols
