Toxic environment

Pros

Free games when u start

Cons

They don’t care about you. Managers and team leaders talk bad about their game guides in meetings and call it opportunity. They have favorites who can get away with anything and don’t get written up. Pay is super low starting at 13, and 50 cent raise for moving up. Hours are either too much or not enough. There’s too much drama and everyone loves to gossip/ make rumors. Managers don’t care and say how easily replaceable you are. NOT WORTH IT

Pros

You can sit and chill have a grand ol time!

Cons

The General Managers are usually delusional wanting you to follow in their foot steps. If you’re gay and colored you will not get appreciated there. Trust me. This job is for high school students and college students. If you live on your own don’t work here find something better.

Pros

easy work, fun customers and coworkers

Cons

bad management, cameras everywhere that they watch in order to catch anyone stepping out of line, favoritism, toxic positivity pusher work place, unless you’re fully open availability you’re considered “non promotable” whatever that means, the managers are toxic and don’t care about their employees. they say they deliver EPIC but they forget to tell you that stands for “ Experience Pain In Comfort”
