Could be worse. Could be much better.

Pros

People are great. Games are fun.

Cons

$15 isn’t enough to live on in New York, and the opportunities for pay growth are practically nonexistent. Environment can feel like a toxically positive Orwellian atmosphere at times. Executive board makes it feel a little culty.

Pros

- Make friends (everyone is around 18 - 27 so there is someone everyone can relate to) - Good laughs (easygoing environment) - Easy job (not hard labor just puzzles and challenges to remember!) - Flexible hours (easy to trade, pick up shifts and get days off)

Cons

- Flexible hours (hours are hard to get scheduled so trading or picking up is how you get hours) - long shifts (sometimes you get off around 2 or 3 am if your night shift) - low pay wage (wages do not match the cost of living or responsibilities given.) - structure/stability (management does not follow up with coaching moments so staff tends to get away with doing things with no consequences which can be frustrating.)
