Pros

They are very inclusive and accommodating to every type of person and it’s a positive atmosphere over all

Cons

The downsides are more extensive, they will over work you, you have to work your way up the ladder to get paid remotely enough to deal with the constant stress and challenges that arise on every shift. I worked there for around a year and half and had to beg management for a promotion that I rightfully deserved, along getting that promotion I was only given a 50 cent raise… I left this job after nearly all of the people that have been working there for longer than I had left. The management style of the city center location is less than ideal the GM was never around and when he was it was not like he did anything besides making unnecessary changes and causing scheduling errors that would often end with someone not being able to make it for their shift leaving those on shift with more responsibility and having to pick up the slack left behind. If you value your own sanity you will stay away from working here!!

Good Place to Work for Growth

Pros

There are a lot of growth opportunities at The Escape Game. They let you know from day on that if you adhere to the mission, vision, and values, that this is a place you can grow. Full Time Benefits are a definite plus!

Cons

While growth is definitely possible, not a lot of people are able to stick with the company long enough to get to the point of growth due to the lackluster pay. You have to be fully committed and will still be living paycheck to paycheck unless you make it into upper management.
