Pros

I’ve been working here for almost two years now and the pros by far out weigh the cons. Growth is a big thing here and while a lot of it is growth encouraged within the company, my managers and fellow team members really support me. It’s cool to work somewhere that really stands behind their mission, vision, and values

Cons

There’s a bit of slightly cringe corporate lingo when it comes to training but most of it is during orientation and doesn’t go much further than that.
