Pros

Plenty of sitting, and while game guiding does require a fair amount of attention, it isn't exactly a breakneck paced environment, so it's usually not very stressful

Cons

The company-level idea of what "fun in an escape room" looks like isn't necessarily the same as what I or some guests would call 'fun', which almost certainly intersects directly with the fact that more visitors means more money and therefore obviously "fun" is when you're out fast enough to schedule another group to be in faster than is plausible to keep up consistently.
