Pros

It can be fun, and you get to potentially make friends with your coworkers or even customers and you can play at any of the locations if there is availability for free.( only you though)

Cons

The management as with any workplace can really make or break your experience. I was one of the oldest workers there at 24 starting and the later young management was unreceptive to any input from staff regardless of their lack of experience or knowledge in any particular field. Additionally their attitudes toward anyone with experience created an overall highly toxic and oppressive work environment using discouraging language and incredibly passive aggressive / sarcastic tones with every interaction. Almost any staff who worked with me between 2021-2023 would likely agree.
