The atmosphere is fun and upbeat. The company culture is focused on providing maximum quality of customer service.

This company cares about their employees and it shows. Any reviews that complain I just have to assume are from people who have never been anywhere else. I work at HQ and the culture and bond is awesome. Everyone has each other backs, we all are guided by the mission and values, I am apart of the leadership training program and we have MONTHLY employee happiness budget that we choose how to spend (usually food lol). It’s a really cool place to be. I have never worked somewhere like it. They also recently upped their benefits package with more time off, 401k with match, and pretty good insurance.
