Pros

The people are reasonable and flexible and it is a rewarding job. The compensation is also reasonable.

Cons

It is somewhat of a commute due to being centrally located in Manhattan.

Pros

CEO has entrepreneurial spirit and there are some visionary leaders/people scattered across the company. Most people work a 9-5 and no more, so good for work/life balance.

Cons

Company is sprawling and programs are siloed; there is an incentive for programs and company to grow at all costs before ensuring quality; no cost of living adjustments or salary transparency; entry-level salaries can be very low; corporate services are inept.
