Pros

There are a lot of opportunities, as Fedcap is successful and constantly expanding (geographically). There is a good work-life balance.

Cons

Virtually all of the opportunities will be centered around the same type of work- workforce development- but for different populations, so the work can get redundant. The office environment is very conventional.

Pros

Immediate job after graduation. other than that this job isn't worth anything at all. Please train for something else.

Cons

No job security, benefits are not guaranteed and the staff that assist you with getting cases play favorites, so unless you are up under them all day, they wont send you to cases where you will make money. Not to mention you have to drop off you pay slip to get you check on time, forcing you to spend extra money on public transportation that you are not reimbursed for.
