Pros

The only pro about working at Fedcap is that everyone bonds with a simple bond. We're all miserable, and just waiting for the next best opportunity to bail!

Cons

Don't let the size of this company fool you. It is very poorly mismanaged. The benefits are extremely expensive. If you are fortunate to know any of us here you will know get an affirmation that to get a salary increase once you're inside is slim to none. There are no employee reviews so the probably of getting any type of a salary increase is bleak. The Senior Team has no focus. The management team's mission is to grow the company by the year 2020... yeah... that while keeping the size of the staff the same all during increasing our work load volume. If you have read the reviews previously added they all have one thing in common... it's a bad place to work so please save yourself some time, and some bruises you'd give yourself from kicking yourself for being such an idiot for taking the job here. It is a horrible horrible place to work, grow, and have a work-life balance. I barely see my family, and when I do it's to complain about how much time I work versus how much time I spend away from work. They give us Paid Time Off that we must use or lose. There is a complete lack of employee morale. The board of directors needs to really consider what the original mission of the company was, and start cutting the fat from the president on down to the next three layers of senior management. They stick together, and allow no one to interrupt their circle. So... if you made it this far... RUN THE OTHER WAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN, AND DECLINE THE JOB OFFER IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU.

Pros

When there is a contract for jobs (i.e. for client workers) - a great place to work - with benefits.

Cons

Professional staff are either Peter' Principle promoted while those who are competent struggle to make ends meet (i.e. both in doing the paperwork, working with consumers...and not getting enough pay to cover rent, phone....let alone limited vacation time which was cut down!).
