      Pros

      Easy job for the slow-witted and unimaginative.

      Cons

      Lower pay than the state, with less time off. No actual attempt to educate or rehabilitate the inmates. Classroom time is essentially spent on seek and find worksheets. Instructors don't know how to use the $5000 video screens in class. Sure, the food is free, but it's crap prison food. Also, widespread corruption by correctional officers.

      Pros

      Coworkers are generally amazing people. Simple work in the end that really anybody can do. Pay is technically above state minimum wage.

      Cons

      Call center is 24/7, so you will never see a weekend. You get paid lower than the average call center pay but they claim it's because there are "benefits" to the company. You only get about 6 sick days for the whole year, so better save them. And if you want a day off better hope you're asking 21 days in advanced.
