Management is incompetent and favoritism hard to ignore, lots with no qualifications.

Pros

Great money, plenty of overtime, some good people. The pay is good because of the federal service act.

Cons

Too much overtime for the graveyard shift, expensive health care plans, unethical leaders and favoritism. Union (could be good or bad). Plenty of bullies (staff).

Pay is OK for area but not great.

Cons

Two weeks of training should be considered "How to Appear to be In Compliance with Governing Agencies So We Don't Get Sued and Lose Our Contract and Million of Dollars." And by the way if the company is sued, employees are on their own.
