Cons

I don't believe that there is anything that I can possibly say negative about this company. I believe the benefits such as medical, 401k, and tuition reimbursement make this company great to work for.

The best reason for me was being able to help those that needed a second chance. Co-workers were like family

Management was lacking in looking out for the welfare of its employees, working there was sometimes like working for a dysfunctional police force just a complete lack of communication
