Decent money, not very stressful

Man dating crazy, worked 15 hours 3 days in a row not normal but it is what it is, following week regular hours ??? I wonder about the management at times.

Excellent network of other FSM throughout the region. As long as you follow policy, procedures and enforce code no one can get in your way to perform the job. Regional and Corporate management support is strong. Locally you can only rely on your Warden. You start with 18 days off and very cheap medical insurance (managers only).

Cons

Pay sucks. Half what the industry pays Safety Managers. Politics....politics...politics.....
