Dangerous, low staff, lack of structure and accountability, constantly changing rules and not following COVID safe practices with groups nor how the residents ate. Residents were denied basic rights (seeing doctor, psychiatrist, legal representation, etc). Working for business that has it hands in prisons, re-entry and ICE was a huge con as it showed in everyday way business was run. Passing blame abounds and most facilities cannot keep staff so it's chaotic mess always.
