-Great people -Friday morning breakfasts were provided -Monthly celebrations for birthdays, duration of time stayed, etc were much appreciated

Can be interesting. Chance for advancement if willing to re-locate. Salary is competitive in my field. Used to love working here, but company has changed too much.

Cons

Regional management does not back facility management. Terrible pay for officers. Driven by money alone. Company has hired unqualified people in upper management that are judgemental, but not helpful.
