Company does NOT care about their employees If there is an allegation against you, you can be suspended w/o being told why...for several months Top management is totally out of touch with staff, they spend all their time in meetings New facility director doesn't seem to be helping and barely even speaks to staff.

benefits are minimum, they don't support employees who have been injured on the job, upper management and security don't support my department, the pay is about $15,000 less than a similar position on the street, facility is not handicap friendly, no raises in the last 3 years for non-custody staff, inadequate materials to do my job
