Pros

From the detention side, you meet some cool people and become family with them. You can gain SOME valuable knowledge and experience. Kinda easy to promote if that's what you're looking for.

Cons

Again, from the detention side, nothing is taken seriously. Rules are set, but never truly enforced. A lot of politics go on around there. If experience is what you're looking for, then start here, but don't waste more than a year here!

Pros

Some good benefits. Some good training. Decent wages, although on the low end. Somewhat flexible on schedule. Full time bonuses and PTO is offered after 90 days.

Cons

Management has double standards and does not care about clients or staff. Staff is not backed by management when enforcing rules. One minute you are guiding clients with rules, the next minute things change and employees are told to stand down when being challenged by clients.
