You can occasionally get free food if your posted in the right positions. Lots of diversity in the staff. get extra money for insurance

Cons

No advancement, Very hard to transfer to other departments, Opportunities are based on whom your friends with/or family inside upper management. 6 days a week

There are no pros the pay is ridiculously low for the work they expect you to do and for what you have to put up with from inmates.

Cons

Employees there are the worst kind of people they are worst then the inmates they are supervising which is scary to think about. They make it hard to work there if you are even the slightest bit a decent person stay away from this place it will turn you into something you're not. Management is bad and are buddies with lower employees so they have favorites. very high turn over rate people walk in and walk right out the door in the same shift.
