Pros

There are some people there with good intentions, but they were overlooked because of all the bad there actually is there.

Cons

Low pay for high expectations. The warden is oblivious to what is actually going on in the prison. The AFA is so personal with the inmates, it’s makes it seem as though he doesn’t care about the staff. The micromanaging there makes no sense. Very unprofessional, and dangerous from contraband. The wardens let the inmates do whatever, and reward their bad behavior with privileges.
