- Highest paying entry level position in the area -Lots of potential overtime

Cons

-Lack of staff due to terrible middle management. LTs are typically nowhere to be seen and SGTs tend to drift around the facility. -For this being a prison, they really do not prioritize fixing things like food tray slots and cell doors which are vital to security. - Lack of proper hygiene for inmates, cannot begin to tell you how many times I have had to tell an inmate that we have no hygiene supplies, even though we are supposed to provide them with said supplies. -Even though this is a high paying position, the money you earn is not worth it because of the constant struggle this job is.

It is does not have structure. But that is the only downfall.
