      Pros

      Usually unlimited or lots of overtime and can give good experience to use when you leave. Also multiple locations if your willing to move.

      Cons

      Management generally sucks. Your are just a number. PTO will not be paid out when you leave even with a 2 week notice. So therefore no incentive to give one trust me they won’t give you one if they fire you. Insurance is expensive and doesn’t cover much.
