Cons

Managed is the worst, from corporate level on down. They turned victims into the accused by allowing employees who they know are troublesome get away with murder! There is no justice for the good people that work there. Management, especially Human Resources is just as corrupt as the criminals that they house.

Being able to help the residents who actually want to make positive changes in their lives.

Cons

While this facility claims to be rehabilitative and structured, the internal dysfunction tells a different story. The director shows favoritism towards certain employees and residents. She is also known for engaging in unethical behaviors. Working here is emotionally draining, anxiety-inducing and ultimately not worth the toll it takes on your health and well-being.
