Pros

Beach is nice. Area is quiet.

Cons

HR never gets anything done. They mess up peoples pay rates and are not friendly. Upper management always takes weekends off and goes on vacations during open time (place is seasonal) then take more vacations during closed times. This place is a joke. No one wants to work here thats why they hire most of their staff from out of the country immigrant workers. Mostly Jamaica.

Living on Boca Grande, convenient/ cheap housing

Cons

Short staffed, No work/ life balance, Low wages that are not competitive with the current job market, Unprofessional and often inappropriate staff and managers, cheaply built and maintained housing units

Great Benefits. Decent Pay. Housing is offered on site. line level staff are wonderful

Cons

No passion for the culture. No goals to help drive the company to the next level other than the classic "Make more money than last year." That will not push staff to continuously go above and beyond when there isn't a reason why we are all here. insufficient management from the top down
