Pros

There is money to be made and it is an easy sales process. The product largely sells itself. The support system is expensive and perhaps overly so, but it did provide relief to many of my customers. Flexible work schedule, and reasonable store hours but keep in mind it is still a retail based business. If you are coachable and can follow the process you will successful.

Cons

The KPIs are attainable but the company focuses on them a little too much, leading to a situation of over analyzation and borderline paralysis by analysis.
