      no opportunity for growth, only about 2 hours a day available for work, less than 20 hours a week.

      Pros

      The Biggest plus for this company is that you can genuinely help people. That's not a lie. The orthodontics do work for some and that is great. The company like most does overstate it's effectiveness but it works.. Culture is also very effective.

      Cons

      They are expensive and company does not acknowledge it. They also expect you to hit completely unrealistic and sometimes irrelevant KPIs consistently. (ex 95% retention rate) There is no real consequences unless you mess up badly but they will nag you. Company also changes protocol and policy drastically regularly.
