Great job to have when your a new LLMSW. Great supervision and trainings offered.

Cons

Caseload is extremely high!! The environment can be stressful at times and there is an excessive amount of paper that is required to complete.

Supportive environment, flexible schedule, ability to work remote, great supervisors, very caring staff.

Cons

Only thing I can think of is opportunities for advancement/salary but a nonprofit is often limited in this area due to funding.
