There is new management staff there but I know nothing of them

Cons

When I was there the focus was not on helath care as much as it was on making money.The clinicians were wonderful but it was the management at the time that was the issue Management was not open to new ideas or cocepts in therapy and treatment for BH clients. Management became verbally and insitutionally abusive and threatening to staff who voiced differences in opinion or brought forth new treatment modalities .
