Pros

This is truly a great place to work. Amazing people who do amazing work in the community.

Cons

As a non-profit organization, compensation is not as competitive as some other agencies, but other aspects of the job make up for that in many ways.

Pros

Monday through Friday schedule. OK pay.

Cons

Job promotions are not based on merit; purely based on who you know, or who likes you. Many staff members were grandfathered in from previous companies that consolidated with TGC, and they are useless. Around 80% of the staff have no clue what they're doing.
