Pros

The staff is friendly and easy to get along with. The job is fairly simple, once you get someone to show you what to do.

Cons

People in management positions lack the skills needed to be in their positions. No training is available to learn the job and management is extremely reactive in regards to reports. Instead of letting you know ahead of time when the report is due, they call and demand to know where the report is, because it was due a few days ago. They also like to think that they are saving money by only hiring part-time employees. No benefits are available and the pay is lower than other companies in the area. It is near impossible to get any work done because upper management does not take the time to make sure that employees have the tools needed to get the job done. Staff turnover rate is very high and clients are left without support.
