Pros

Good benefits, competitive salary, strong company financials. Good people for the most part. Local management is above average. Company focus on property/casualty is strong and enhances the brand.

Cons

Management increasingly devalues employee contributions. Crushing workloads. Very little appreciation for contributions and successes. The work environment has significantly eroded over the past several years as an influx of former Hartford Insurance Company executives and employees has changed the culture.

Pros

Hanover is a great company that provides you with a wealth of opportunities to realize your full potential.

Cons

The location in Worcester is very boring as well as the people there. Recommended for people over 40.
