      All of the pros are gone!

      Cons

      Benefits have gone up, lost a week of PTO due to now not being able to purchase but leaders did decide to give an extra day however new people walking in the door are getting the same amount of time as I am. I have also lost 1k in hsa money and don't even get me started on the new RTO policy. All of the perks the Hartford are gone! I am guessing they want to do a soft layoff. I don't think they are going to have a problem.

      A lot of great people

      Cons

      Hartford used to be a special place to work. That is no longer the case. Employees emotions have gone from anxious to disappointed to just flat out angry at this point. Things are not sustainable at their current trajectory.

      Pros

      Flexibility makes work life balance somewhat manageable.

      Cons

      Can't and won't retain talent. Doesn't matter how hard you work. You are just a number. IT systems are outdated and make more work than is needed. Work employees smarter, not harder.
