Pros

The kids are great.

Cons

Micromanaging, very low pay for tremendously difficult work, a ton of coworker drama, admin does not display any gratitude, physical abuse that is ignored, a lot of backwards things happening.

Pros

If you are a teacher starting out and needing a job you can probably get one here. They also offer some tuition reimbursement. You will learn a lot.

Cons

They are constantly understaffed, there is no sub system, they do not value seasoned teachers. They seem to be okay with just being a training ground for new teachers. Once a teacher has received their full credential they usually move on to a better teacher situation.
