Pros

Flexible hours, Decent Pay, People who work there are generally professional, Putting Customers first also extends to the associates, ability to move up pretty quickly (becoming full time or a Head Cashier or FT Head Cashier after 6 months is reasonable) but ability to move up to really highly desired jobs isn't as quick (becoming a Front-End Supervisor more like 3-5 years). There is a lot of respect for diversity and a lot of opportunities to be recognized.

Cons

Sometimes there is conflicting directions from Head Cashiers, Management, or Supervisors. Definitely need to be flexible. Sometimes when a lot of new cashiers are hired on, the older cashiers must take up the slack. Work load is over-all fair, though.
