Pros

Great atmosphere to work in

Cons

They say they will train you from the bottom up, but the moment you start to ask questions they don't like you anymore. They want you to know the answer before you even ask the question, which is dumb. Even before they train you on something, they want you to already know it.

Horrible

Pros

Decent starting Salary I guess

Cons

If you aren't related to a higher up in some way, you mean nothing Incredibly unprofessional environment. Racial slurs, constant cursing, alcohol, attire. Management uses you and exploits your hard work when they enjoy 3 hour lunches but if you leave at 530 you are disciplined. Constantly telling you how horrible you are.

Thank you for providing your thoughts. We can assure you that The Judge Group does not support or condone the practices alleged in this post, and the false statements above do not reflect the expectations or treatment of our employees. We recognize that recruiting isn’t for everyone. It’s fast-paced and often challenging, and you must be prepared to push yourself in a sales environment if you want to reap the rewards. For those who are driven to recruit, our competitive compensation program delivers uncapped earnings potential, includes a generous vacation program, and includes the possibility to earn biannual incentive trips across the world.
