Pros

My VP was awesome but unfortunately handicapped by the director. The recruiters were great too

Cons

They lie to get people in the door and and over work them. With no existing accounts you are expected to turn business immediately which is near impossible. Management is all overpaid Judge family and my personal boss was in incompetent coward who hid in his office when he actually showed up to work

Pros

The recruitment process was quick and clean; my account manager knew what the client wanted, and sent me in prepared for the interview. That made it very easy to get the job; they truly have their finger on the pulse of their clients.

Cons

It's hard to narrow it down. I haven't seen or heard from my account manager in months. That statement contributes heavily to what I call a "cattle farm" feel. Their priority is to put billable resources in chairs, and the only value of an employee at Judge appears to be the bill rate. That leads to a lack of employee loyalty to this company, at least from what I've seen. When the time comes for me to leave, it won't be a difficult decision full of heartfelt goodbyes like it has been with other companies.

Pros

Coworkers that are the same age as you, become your best friends.

Cons

Wow. I haven’t worked at judge in a couple of years, but still find myself getting PTSD at my new job from Judge. The impossible metrics, the horrible people, and the lack of self-awareness is simply mind boggling. No one cares about you or your well being, you’re just another number making money for them. How do you care so little about people that work for you? How do you not take your reviews/employee feedback into consideration? I do not recommend that any one work here, for every bad review they receive, they have one of their employees make a good one so it doesn’t seem as bad as it is. Look at the negative reviews vs the positive, more thought and feelings are in the negatives, because that’s the actual reality of working for this company.
