Pros

The pay structure is bonus based, which can be good if you are in sales.

Cons

Advancement: They have an in-house team that provides programming and MSP services. There is no promotion, or plan for people in those positions. The effective management result is to keep pay minimal, reducing head count over time. Then wonder why clients aren't satisfied and leave. Pay: Additionally, Judge needs to realize that the pay standards in PA for full time workers includes paying Overtime for work over 40 hours. They've lost one law suit because of it already. Benefits: No Flex Spending account, $500 401 matching, and poor health insurance costs with high out of pocket maximums are not competitive. Diversity and inclusion: The pride flags hung las year were UPSIDE DOWN.

Pros

The team itself was fun to work with, but they all left within 6 months of each other.

Cons

Half of the head managers are all related, blatant nepotism. Other managers said micro aggressions to employees in marginalized identities multiple times a week. The commission structure is sold to you differently in the interview vs once you’re hired, and it’s extremely difficult to make any commissions. They also prey on younger college graduates when recruiting internally, and blame their work ethic when they are given bad jobs to recruit for once they finish the poorly ran training process they start out in. They also will micromanage you frequently and claim that working from home hurts their numbers when there is no actual proof from management of that being true.

Cold Shoulder

Pros

- Some genuinely good people in middle management and below, can find yourself in a wonderful team if you’re lucky. - Decent comp and work life balance in my position - had no impression of any of the other positions and their comp/workload.

Cons

- Could have just been my team, but you I felt extremely isolated from the rest of the company - no information from management as far as larger direction, future plans, company health, etc. - Never given a performance review, nothing more than the occasional "how you doing?" from the project manager, nothing from management. - Eventually let go completely out of the blue over budgeting concerns outside of my team. Locked out of my machine and email, and given the cold shoulder before the end of the work day. Took a month of constant emails, and eventually a dispute with the department of labor to get the rest of my money, return equipment, and clear up some mis-reporting on their end regarding my termination that put a hold on my unemployment.
