Pros

There are some nice people and pre covid, there was often free food in the office.

Cons

The toxic environment here can be felt truly from the moment you walk in the door. It's also alarmingly apparent just based on these reviews. You can see people writing that they had no support and no training in an unethical environment (all things I agree with) and the company responds back saying Managers are available to answer your questions and all employees are held to the highest of ethical standards....clearly that's not the case. Also trying to call out the employees for "lying" doesn't reflect well on the company, but is also not surprising based on the leadership team currently in place. It's very much a frat house environment and a "what have you done for me lately" type of vibe and also something the Directors will say out loud to their teams even when company records are being set. You have to work around the clock to be successful and that "success" doesn't even result in that much money, (this especially depends on which team you're apart of) ,which makes it tough to justify being on the clock 24/7. There is absolutely no flexibility in any way and you're essentially glued to your desk for a 9-10 hour day. The benefits are terrible and they don't contribute to 401K. You only get 10 PTO days and end up working any time you take a day. No work life balance and not a sustainable position for long term. The turnover here is terrible and they like to justify it with every reason in the book besides the fact that it's a rough place to work that won't help you in your career moving forward and people leave to find a better company to work for. All in all, this is definitely a place to avoid.

Pros

Other than the occasional happy hour or company lunch, which they enforce you to eat at their desk to get more work done when they're slow, there's not many.

Cons

First off, management at Judge Group is horrible. They feel managing people means using passive aggressive ways and directly calling you out will make you perform better, for things that are out of your control. We all know recruiting is a people business, and we CANNOT control the decisions of other people. Managers here look at numbers as the only decision factor for treating the recruiters like crap, and also aim to make them feel worthless. I am a senior recruiter with glowing remarks, and I can honestly say that while they do have great business and contracts, they undoubtedly will make you feel like a pile of horse manure if you do not reach your hire numbers, even through the COVID pandemic. I have had over 60 people billing at once in my prior company because my management was excellent and understood that candidates kick offers or aren't available because it's a candidate market. If this place could have a better management and office environment that is not micromanaged, especially with Account Directors acting less like your boss and more like co-workers, that would definitely be a great change. Account Directors won't get their jobs filled if the recruiters are unwilling to work with them because of their domineering attitude, passive aggressive remarks, and flat out rude texts/calls/emails to make you feel useless. I will never again allow myself to work with people of such low ethical standards when it comes to team collaboration. Although a great company with some great people, Management and Account Director attitudes definitely have to change. See this as a fair warning for any recruiter wanting to work here.
