Extremely unprofessional work environment....high turnover rate for a reason. Unless you are family or tenured, don't expect to make enough money to support yourself- commission structure is a joke. By no means is there career potential here. As with any recruiting job apparently, there is no work life balance and extremely limited flexibility. 8am-7pm days with horrible pay. You can be as "hungry" and hard-working as you want and still see no improvements or promotions. Really unreasonable and sometimes unethical expectations of their employees.
