Pros

If you need a job, this is the place to go. Just don't stay long.

Cons

Everything - your boss will sit in his office with his shoes off and feet on the desk. You are managed by people who have no business in a management role.

This company is extremely unethical

Pros

They have been in the CPG space a long time and have many contacts in that area.

Cons

They submit resumes without candidates' knowledge which is extremely unethical. The Judge Group is why recruiters get a bad name. They epitomize bad recruiting practices. Most employers agree that it depends on whom you deal with at Judge to determine whether it's a good service or not.

Pros

Good job to get experience if you're a recent college grad or looking to get into staffing and/or sales/recruiting experience Office is in a good location in the Loop

Cons

- Guys club - Drinking and vaping in the office (Keg in the fridge and tons of alcohol in the office) - Office is old and not updated - 5 days a week in the office - Benefits are not good - no 401k match, no commuting benefits, etc - Manager never checks in - Seems like they dont care about their employees a whole lot and the manager in chicago only cares about his employees that have been there for a long time - Was told I would receive sales training and promised other things upon being onboarded that did not happen - No room for career advancement - Office drama
