Pros

None it’s not worth your time.

Cons

No direction, terrible management and no career path making it up as they go. There is no culture only a boys club attitude and 1 women to 50 men who work there no respect and not professional at all. They don’t care about their employees and pay structure and benefits are terrible. Not worth your time or your moral values to be tested here. If starting your career outta college go work somewhere else. If your being approached with a heavy career background don’t let them sell you on this place. If it feels dirty salesmen like that’s because it is.

Pros

The emails from the CEO are funny, the company is trying to grow

Cons

Constant layoffs for budgeting I mean "performance", the company's offices are run like franchises, leadership has no leadership training but instead are high performers who got promoted. Nobody can explain what the org does. Consulting? Staffing? Global Managed Services (did you train anyone on what this is?) Current swath of layoffs shows you where the organization is heading.

Pros

They spend money like it grows on trees. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Shark eat shark world here. Employees from all different states will call in on your accounts and Leadership's direction is "first to get the contract signed gets it." It's a terrible business practice and made us look like we don't do our research. You are given 0 direction on who to reach out to for support/assistance when filling your jobs. It's all about who you know internally that can work on your needs, there are no set departments or teams that can assist with particular verticals. You may have a local need and will have to reach out to 5 individuals across the US or India unless you recruit your candidates yourself.
