Pros

- Opportunity to make a higher gross income (from commissions) early on in career

Cons

- Long hours, constant pressure by upper management to work 50+ hours per week - No paid maternity/paternity leave (it's 2017) - No employer 401K match - Expensive health benefits - Little room for professional growth - Quality of employees (people constantly make degrading comments towards minorities, women, and the LGBT community - including Managers/Management)
