Pros

The Judge Group is a great place to work. They provide the tools in order to set you up for success. People are friendly and willing to help others. There is a lot of support from upper management and the training programs are very helpful. There are also a lot of incentives which is great in a recruiting and sales atmosphere. Judge gives back to the community in many ways and works with many charities. We also have a lot of fun events!

Cons

Hours can be very long--however, it is necessary to succeed in this industry. The benefits package could be improved.

Pros

Overall Judge is a great place to work. There is a strong presence of friendship throughout the company which makes this a welcoming place to work. Great work does not go unnoticed, everyone is made to feel important. Being an employee here makes work not so bad!

Cons

The only negative thing I would say is the commute is far, but this is something I knew before accepting the position & is a small price to pay for a job that I like going to.
