A great place to work as a technical recruiter!

Pros

Lots of top tier clients to work with and be successful. As with anything worth doing, it's not always easy, but the tools to succeed are there. Co workers are supportive and there is a real sense of family. Management is experienced and wants you to do well. Open door policy makes it easy for any questions or concerns. Most importantly, they legitimately care and invest in their employees with a great training program. Besides training in your home office, there is a week long training at corporate where you are given valuable information by the best of the best. It also gave recruiters a real sense of camaraderie as I saw a few shed tears to see people they've only known for a few days leave. This is a fantastic company to work for and I couldn't be happier to be a part of it.

Cons

No cons which are specific to the company. Staffing isn't always the easiest business, but if you work hard and respect the process, good things will happen.

Pros

Very practical manager at both my end customer, and at Judge. Happy with how reasonable my contacts were.

Cons

None at this time. I do wish Helathcare subsidies could be negotiated; pre-tax payout to offset costs.
