Pros

If you're well above your goal, you're allowed to leave early on Fridays in the summer months, but it's frowned upon if you leave early even though you earned it. They do offer free vacation trips twice a year for those that are above their goals (less than 5% of the sales and recruiters). The IT Recruiting/Sales division is much more enjoyable to work for than the Healthcare Division.

Cons

Poor compensation. Minimal vacation (5 days year 1 and 10 days year 2). Expensive benefits. Poor management. Poor work environment/culture. Must follow strict working hours of 7:45am to 5:30pm (working longer is encouraged) despite being a salaried employee. Lunch HAS to be taken from 12-1. Arriving late or leaving early will get you fired. Most employees are checked out because of the poor environment established by management. You are treated as nothing more than a number. Management would rather chew you up and spit you out after getting 3-6 months of production out of you rather than have to see you succeed and be with the company for multiple years. Recruiters leaving allows the company to collect ALL of the money from your working contractors rather than having to pay you any additional compensation. The company is a big believer in the revolving door of employees, and has zero interest in changing it. The division is hemorrhaging employees left and right, and they do nothing to change it. They try to bring in employees, but the majority of them quit within the first week or two once they see the micromanaging and work environment. Newer sales reps aren't given the freedom to travel to land new accounts, which makes it incredibly difficult to land new accounts (shocker).

You are a number to them. They look at you for numbers. once they have you, they give you an authentic silent treatment. You will never hear back from them. I NEVER want to hear the word judge group again.
