Pros

Fantastic training for new employees (especially for new to the business recruiters) fun company which offers Phase Trips twice a year if your performance numbers meet/exceed the goal

Cons

Not too much room for career advancement as a recruiter unless you want to go into sales (which they are big on trying to encourage you into due to their big push on growing the company toward their 1B goal). Their base pay is definitely on the lower side but the commissions are wide open to make a ton of money if you are good at what you do, stay organized and put in the work.

Thanks for the feedback. We encourage growth for our employees and try to present them with every possible mode of advancement: whether it’s relocating to a new office, switching into another Judge offerings, or advancing within your current team. It's a firm belief that success should be celebrated, hard work is rewarded, and competition pushes us to be our best.

Pros

Flexible. You can schedule your day as you wish. Good location. Good clients. There is room for advancement.

Cons

Long work hours are encouraged. If you leave on time, it's frowned upon. Management has different and conflicting ideas on how to lead. Favoritism.

Open communication is key at Judge and we encourage you to have a conversation with your supervisor to address your concerns. We value a good work/life balance, but sometimes longer hours are necessary to complete a project or to reach daily goals.

Pros

They recruit for you? I am not certain of any other pros.

Cons

They recruit for you...So therefor are only concerned with placing you so they get paid. They will alter your resume so you look good to an employer that you arent even qualified to be interviewing with. Their people skills are also terrble. I just got off of the phone with a guy thats been trying to call me for two days and has been leaving nasty toned messages.... Like, really dude??

The Judge Group is always looking to find the best candidates to fill an open position. Our recruiters work very hard to place them in positions where their skills and experience would be most valued. This involves presenting the candidate in the best light possible given their skills and the job requirements and coaching them on how present themselves during interviews. And our investment in our contractors doesn’t stop there. After a placement, we continue to engage with them, building a strong relationship where our recruiters support contractors and work with them to find future employment.
