Pros

Good work environment, potential to make money if you can work quickly and diligently. Friendly atmosphere in a competitive, fast paced work environment.

Cons

Lack of qualified and quality positions to recruit for means little knowledge of the position, environment, projects or teams that potential candidates will be working for. Offshore (India) recruiting team that you are competing with.

Thanks for the feedback. At Judge, open, honest communication is also how we can maintain a friendly atmosphere in a competitive work environment as well as build strong relationships with contractors and clients.

TERRIBLE

Pros

Absolutely nothing to list here.

Cons

There are so many to list but let's start with a couple. The cut throat mentality is astonishing. They post daily call numbers, inbound and outbound. As a new recruiter you feel shammed. There is no help from piers, at least in the St. Louis office. Training is negligible at best! They make you pay for parking at the office which by the way the employees did not pick the location. This place is the worst company I had ever worked for. STAY AWAY!

At Judge, we like to foster an atmosphere of collaboration in a highly competitive industry, as well as celebrate the small ‘wins’ our team achieves. Like it is at any new job, new recruits can feel overwhelmed at first, but through established training and mentoring as well as seeking advice from your peers and communicating with your manager, recruits can quickly feel like they are contributing in meaningful ways and find success at Judge. We encourage you meet with your manager and discuss your feelings with them. Open, respectful communication is key and always welcomed.
