Pros

I worked at The Judge Group for over a year and really enjoyed my time there. The office in Orange County has really grown and is looking to get bigger. Great office, everything is new. Great people to work with. Really a lot of opportunity to make good money here if you work hard. Once you start to see success you won't want to stop making phone calls.

Cons

Expected to make a lot of phone calls, but it still isn't too bad. 40 - 60 a day. Don't match 401K.

Pros

Very fun atmosphere for young recent college grads. Most of the people in the office are young 20 somethings just starting their careers in the work force.

Cons

Many of the things that go wrong with candidates are completely out of your control such as them getting sick or not showing up to interviews. The bosses will get very mad about this and act as if you can personally walk these people into their interviews. So much of what can make you successful in this role is completely out of your control. Also, the hours can be grueling so if you want to only work 40 hours a week this isn't the job for you.

Pros

Got me a Contract with a decent rate.

Cons

The judge group is filled with unprofessional recruiters who stick you in a contract and basically forget about you. When something challenging comes up they wont lift a finger to help you and run and hide (don't answer calls, emails and or texts). The have a very weak and unprofessional payroll group and cant figure out how to do their payroll efficiently or integrate with the client companies payroll systems. You get scary emails threatening to not pay you if your ever late with our payroll sheet. These are cryptic and from a different payroll rep each time it happens. They are one of the worst I have worked with in my long history of contracting.
