Pros

* Definite path to earning 6 figures within a few years * No cap on commission- many earn 200k+ * Tenured employees receive legacy minimum commission rates * Managers are invested in your success * Two free incentive trips for two a year for hitting sales goals * Company invests a significant amount of money on marketing to help you succeed * Fun, casual work environment

Cons

* Benefits are a little high, but that is really offset by your earnings * No 401k match, but again that is offset by ability to earn

Pros

Very professional and initially extremely attentive. I found them found them to be fair and not pushy. Jobs that were offered were always in line with my requests for contract positions.

Cons

Much of the contract work is seasonal. As a result long periods of time can pass before hearing from the judge group regarding new assignments.
